MS-98 Automatic Thermostat Control that allows you to set the ideal temperature for your barn and your tobacco at one time and in one place. No electricity is required. Just set the temperature you need and the MS-98 Automatic Thermostat Control does the rest.

Safety features include automatic shut down if the fuel supply is interrupted and a high temperature shut off system.

BulkTobac's MS-98 Automatic Thermostat Control is designed to control the stove stations in a barn using no electricity.

Virginia Leaf Curing System

Virginia Leaf or flue cured tobacco barns with a natural draft can be easily converted to BulkTobac’s conventional tobacco curing system.

Along with the MS-98 Automatic Thermostat Control the BulkTobac Virginia Leaf Curing System features an exclusive dual burner system that allows low temperature yellowing. A small 5,000 Btu/hr (1.5 kw) single burner is used to initially yellow the leaf after which the main burner is turned on to combine with the yellowing burner to provide a powerful 45,000 Btu/hr (13.2 kw) for each stove station. Each stove station is made from heavy duty aluminized steel.

The BulkTobac Virginia Leaf Curing System can be installed in any existing tobacco curing barn that provides good top ventilation/exhaust through the roof and good bottom ventilation through the side walls. On average a stove station is required for every 25 – 28 ft.² (2.3 – 2.6 m²) of floor space. Each system is custom designed and specifically configured for a specific barn floor plan.
